Şuayip İçli is an attorney and legal advisor with more than 30 years of professional experience. Throughout his career, he has provided legal consultancy services to numerous individuals and legal entities operating in different sectors, specializing in Corporate Law, International Road Transport Law, Private Insurance Law and Intellectual Property Law. In addition, he has extensive experience in commercial law, labor law, sports law and dispute resolution. He advises his clients on legal risk management, contract processes, corporate structuring, the regulation of commercial relations and strategic decision-making processes.
Şuayip İçli has held senior legal positions in various institutions and organizations. He has served as a member and legal counsel of the Istanbul Branch of the Writers Union of Turkey, and as a member of the Legal Board of the Turkish Athletics Federation, the Legal Board of the Turkish Karate Federation and the Disciplinary Board of the Turkish Rowing Federation. He has also served as a Board Member of the Turkish Karate Federation and is a Shotokan Karate athlete holding a 3rd Dan diploma.
Having worked closely with the business world and non-governmental organizations throughout his professional career, Şuayip İçli has served as legal counsel to the Private Security Workers Union affiliated with the Hak-İş Confederation and has held board membership positions in various companies. In addition to his legal consultancy activities, he also plays an active role in corporate governance, business relations and negotiation processes.
In the field of Corporate Law, he provides consultancy services on company incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, shareholding structures, corporate governance and commercial contracts. Within the scope of International Road Transport Law, he represents clients in legal disputes arising from national and international transportation activities, transportation agreements and carrier liability matters. In the field of Private Insurance Law, he has experience in insurance contracts, compensation claims and the resolution of insurance disputes. In the field of Intellectual Property Law, he provides consultancy and litigation services for the protection of trademarks, copyrights, software and other intellectual property rights.
Şuayip İçli’s working approach is based on developing deep expertise in specific areas of law while also following current developments across different legal disciplines in order to provide his clients with multidimensional and strategic consultancy. In the resolution of legal disputes, he acts with an analytical approach, strong negotiation skills and a result-oriented working principle.
