Within the scope of the General Disclosure Text submitted to your information by Lexnova İçli Law (“Company”) under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the Company’s Regulation on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data, pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”),
Your personal data may be processed by the Company, acting as data controller, or by data processors authorized by the Company by taking the necessary security measures, for the purposes of providing the Company’s products and services to its customers under the best conditions, delivering products or services in a reliable and uninterrupted manner, maximizing customer satisfaction, carrying out payment transactions, performing various operations related to the relevant services, conducting and improving operations, carrying out promotional, marketing and advertising activities, informing customers about campaigns, opportunities and other services related directly or indirectly to products and services or different products and services, and fulfilling the requirements of agreements concluded with customers.
Within this scope, identity information, address information, contact information and other personal data may be processed in accordance with the general principles set forth under Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, particularly the principles of being processed lawfully and fairly, being accurate and up to date where necessary, being processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed, and being retained for the period required by legislation or for the purpose for which they are processed.
Your personal data may be obtained, recorded and securely stored in physical or electronic environments for an appropriate period, processed, stored, modified, reorganized, disclosed, transferred, taken over, classified, and may be subject to prevention of processing or use in accordance with the legislation. I acknowledge and declare that I have been informed by the Company regarding the matters stated above and that I have given my explicit consent within the framework of the KVKK.
Provided that such personal data remains limited to the purposes stated above, I acknowledge and declare that the data may be transferred to Company employees, Company officials, group companies, business partners, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, independent audit companies, survey companies, and the business partners and service providers from whom the Company receives services or with whom it cooperates, within the framework of legal obligations and legal limitations, and that I give my explicit consent in this regard.
However, pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK and the relevant legislation, I acknowledge that by applying to the Company, I have the right to learn whether my personal data is being processed, to request information if my personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing my personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom my personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if my personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request deletion or destruction of my personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, to request notification of these correction and deletion requests to third parties to whom my personal data has been transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against me through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems, and to request compensation for damages in case I suffer damage due to unlawful processing of my personal data.
In order to exercise these rights, I acknowledge that I may complete the form available at www.lexnovaiclihukuk.com, send a signed copy to Sherif Ali Neighborhood, Turker Street, Miras Street, S. Icli Plaza No:35, Umraniye, Istanbul, Türkiye, submit the relevant information in person, or send the documents required to identify my identity to the Company through a notary public or by other methods specified under the KVKK.
I further acknowledge and declare that the personal data I have shared with the Company is accurate and up to date, and that I will notify the Company of any changes to this information.
I expressly consent to the processing, limited use, sharing and retention of my personal data, including my special categories of personal data as defined under the KVKK, within the scope of the relevant process and for the necessary period.
